HRIA Member Purchase

The minor investment of $2950 plus GST will enable you to purchase the MG HRM Manual and HRM Employee Handbook and on-going back-up.

These are essential HRM tools for any business. Both are customised to the purchasing Company's specific requirements adding to their relevance.

For an additional $800 plus GST, we will provide each subsequent year's back-up and up-date HRM service as previously described.

Only HRIA members may purchase the HRIA Human Resource Policies and Procedures Manual and Employee Handbook.


The purchase, simply follow the four step process:

  1. Register to access the HRIA Member Order page (or Login below using existing login details)
  2. Enter order information and payment details via secure Eway payment page.
  3. Download the HRIA Questionnaire (Only possible after payment is made)
  4. Read instructions, complete Questionnaire, and return to Munro Group as indicated on final page of Questionnaire

Munro Group will prepare your customised Human Resource manual and Employee Handbook and send same to you in PDF format to the address specified in the Questionnaire within 7 working days of receipt of the Payment and Questionnaire. A 'hard' copy will be sent within 14 days to the address provided in the Questionnaire. In 21 days, Munro Group will make telephone contact to ensure receipt of above documentation.

Munro Select Pty Ltd remains committed to the Principles contained within the National Privacy Principles and Privacy Amendments (Private Sector) Act 2000. All Staff of Munro Select Pty Ltd comply with this Policy and it in turn applies to all services provided by, and commercial activities undertaken by, the Consultancy. Any information gained as a result of the HRM processes will be held in a confidential manner and not released to anybody or person without the express permission of our Client.

Refund Policy

Owing to the nature of the HRM Manual and System, it is not possible to issue a refund for its provision. However, as the 25 year reputation of Munro Select at all times rests on every one of our activities, we do all in our power to alleviate any consideration or need for a refund of services provided by our Consultancy.

Terms and Conditions

Munro Select Pty Ltd offers Product and Services for agreed prices or Fees as set out in the above pages. In the case of the Human Resource Manual and various special Documents and Publications, once payment and contact details are received by Munro Select, a Munro Select Special Consultant contacts the Purchaser within two working days to obtain the necessary details of the purchasing Company, to tailor the documentation for that Company. Required information will include: the full and correct name of the Purchasing Company; its Logo; Head Office address; phone number; and correct person for any future contact within the Purchasing Company. An electronic version of the said documentation tailored accordingly, is sent to the Purchaser within a further twenty four hours. All Purchasers are contacted by the aforementioned Munro Select Special Consultant post purchase to ensure that the Purchaser is satisfied with the documentation. Purchasers accept that the Munro Select Human Resource Manual and associated Documents are provided with the agreement that all contents remain the Intellectual Property of Munro Select Pty Ltd and as such cannot be used by other than the Purchaser nor on-sold to any other person or business.
